Common Questions

Can I use GearForge without paying?

Absolutely. All 6 gear tools, the real-time preview, and all four export formats (SVG, DXF, STL, PNG) are free forever. The only limits on the Free plan are 5 saved designs and personal use only.

What does "commercial use licence" mean?

Free accounts may use exports for personal and educational projects. Pro accounts receive a licence to use exported files in commercial products, client work and manufactured goods.

Can I pay in Pakistani Rupees?

Yes. Select JazzCash or EasyPaisa at checkout and pay directly in PKR. Monthly Pro is PKR 2,500 and yearly is PKR 22,000.

What happens when my Pro plan expires?

Your account reverts to Free. All your saved designs remain safe — you just can't add new ones beyond the 5-design Free limit until you renew.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of payment, email us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I need to install anything?

No. GearForge is entirely browser-based. There is nothing to download or install — it works on any device with a modern browser.
